How do net terms work through ResolvePay?

Learn how Chamfr supports net terms through ResolvePay and what to expect when paying by invoice.

Overview

Chamfr supports net terms through ResolvePay, our payment partner for invoice-based purchasing.

If your company needs to buy now and pay later, ResolvePay allows eligible buyers to place orders through Chamfr using approved net terms instead of paying by credit card at checkout.

Is Chamfr still the supplier I'm buying from?

Yes. You are still placing your order through Chamfr.

ResolvePay supports the payment processing for net terms, similar to how companies use a payment processor for credit card payments. Orders, invoices, and purchasing activity are still tied to Chamfr.

How do I apply for net terms?

You can apply for terms through ResolvePay through this link: app.resolvepay.com/chamfr

If approved, you’ll be able to use the available credit limit to place eligible Chamfr orders with net terms.

Can I include a PO number?

Yes. You can enter your PO number during checkout so it appears with your order information and can be tracked in your system.

Can I email Chamfr a PO?

Chamfr no longer accepts emailed POs for direct net terms processing.

To place an order with terms, use Chamfr checkout and select the available ResolvePay terms option. This keeps the order, payment, and supplier fulfillment process connected through the platform.

Who do I pay?

For terms orders, payment instructions are provided through the ResolvePay-supported payment process.

Remittance is still associated with Chamfr, but the payment account details for terms payments are managed through ResolvePay.

What if my company already had terms with Chamfr?

Some customers previously used an older terms process with Chamfr. Net terms are now handled through ResolvePay.

If your company needs help transitioning to ResolvePay, contact Chamfr support and include the email address for the person who should receive the ResolvePay enrollment information.

What if I have a billing or credit limit question?

For questions about your ResolvePay account, payment status, credit limit, or account hold, contact Chamfr support and include your company name, order number if applicable, and the email address associated with your ResolvePay account.

What to do next

If you want to use net terms, apply through ResolvePay or contact Chamfr support if your company needs help getting set up.
